Based in Fremont, California, Calogic LLC is a specialized design and manufacturing house of analog semiconductors. DMOS Switches: Engineered with Calogic’s patented high speed, low capacitance DMOS (double-diffusion metal-oxide semiconductor) process, the SD5000 Series features monolithic arrays of four bidirectional analog switches that operate with a maximum threshold of 2V. Calogic DMOS switches are perfect for simple TTL (transistor-transistor logic) and CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) driving in small signal applications, such as audio routing, analog switching, and crosspoint switching.

JFET Switches: Designed to be cost-efficient, Calogic JFET (junction gate field-effect transistor) switches have low insertion loss, emit little noise, and come with an automated insertion package.

JFET Amplifiers: Designed using Calogic’s trademarked JFET (junction field-effect transistor) processing techniques, the SST404 Series of low noise, low leakage, monolithic semiconductors are surface mountable. With a very low noise output, Calogic’s JFET amplifiers are ideal for sensitive applications, such as precision instrumentation and medical purposes.

MOSFETs: Manufactured with a diode-protected gate and a high input impedance, Calogic’s MOSFETs (metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor) are used to switch electronic signals.

Buffers: Ideal for line driving, radar, and sonar applications, the CLM6121 Series of high speed unity gain buffers takes up minimal bandwidth (100MHz) and continuously outputs a current of +/-200mA.
