Nvidia’s New Graphic Cards

The world finally gets the option of buying Nvidia’s new GTX 1060 graphic cards. Nvidia promises this new card matches the GTX 980 in terms of performance but at a significant price cut.

While Nvidia claims its performance is at the same level as the GTX 980, this new graphic card will be replacing the GTX 960. It is also more affordable than the GTX 1070 and 1080 cards. This new card is built on Nvidia’s new 16nm Pascal architecture – and will be the third of its kind.

Its affordability and function is met to target every gamer there is, and attempt to blow its competition- AMD’s Radeon RX 400, out of the game!

The new graphic card is available from July 19 at only $249. The competition starts at $299. With similar capabilities and lower price tag, Nvidia is sure to blow the competition out of the water.

Nvidia is working on enhancing gamer experience through better sounds and a more realistic appearance with these new graphic cards. More than 30 games that use SMS (simultaneous multi-projection), which is offered in these chips, are currently being developed.

To top the new additions, Nvidia is looking to add a piece of software, Ansel, to the latest gaming tools. This new software works like Instagram and Snapchat. With it, a person can take any shot of the game and add a filter to it. This will be a hit in artsy games like The Witcher 3 and Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst just to name a couple. This new tool is made public in mid-July.
