Hewlett-Packard has announced that Bill Veghte, the COO and Chief Strategy Officer, will be leaving the company. As the current executive VP and head of the Enterprise Group, the $28 billion division of HP’s servers and networking gear, Veghte will be leaving behind over half of the new company which is planned to come to fruition on November 1. The split preparation was assigned to him by CEO Meg Whitman. Veghte will be “pursuing another opportunity” which is currently unknown. Read more >>

In the 4th quarter of 2014 particularly, an acceptance process was installed and completed on more supercomputers than in any other quarter so far in history, subsequently breaking both quarterly and annual revenue records.
